Do not publish to a destination without authorization. Limits and reversible suspension may protect the service and other tenants. Lost channel permissions stop publishing until verified restoration. Report abuse with relevant channel/message references and minimal supporting information; do not send unrelated private content. Review and appeal procedures require the confirmed support operator.
