Refund Policy

Report duplicated charges, missing service or entitlement errors through /paysupport, including the Telegram payment transaction identifier and a short description. Approved full refunds use Telegram refundStarPayment and return Stars. No fiat or cryptocurrency refund route is promised. A refund may end the corresponding entitlement and pause over-quota publishing. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment or promise proration. Eligibility, response targets, complaints escalation and mandatory consumer remedies need owner/legal approval. Real purchases remain closed while these terms are a draft.
