Data Retention and Deletion

Completed content and media references are removed after 24 hours only when every destination is terminally resolved. Pending, uncertain and recoverable jobs retain content until safe resolution. Minimal operational job metadata is kept for 30 days. Bot settings provide account export and deletion; deletion stops future processing and removes unneeded data while retaining the minimum needed for unresolved billing/security matters and channel anti-takeover safeguards. Encrypted backups expire after 30 days under the operational policy. Restore procedures must reapply deletion requests before restarting publishing. Billing/security retention has no legally approved fixed duration yet and is a commercial-launch blocker; the owner must approve a lawful schedule rather than silently promising immediate erasure of all records.
